My Favorite Maternity Pictures

A few weeks ago we had a fun evening with a good friend and amazing photographer of ours Erica Huisman.  We went out to some land Charlie's dad owns not too far from our house and spent about two hours taking some maternity pictures.  I have been meaning to post several of my favorites, but I just haven't gotten around to it until now, so here you go:

Weeks 37 & 38

These past few weeks Charlie and I haven't felt the greatest.
I stayed home from work sick on Thursday and that night Charlie came home early from his shift with what we think was the flu.  I don't know if I had a touch of the flu too, or if I have just been feeling off due to pregnancy.  Either way...I'm hoping that will be it now for both of us before baby arrives.  It sure sounds like something has been going around though.

This past weekend, I also took part in a CPR, AED and First Aid certification class.  I don't know how long I have talked about wanting to know some of these basic "life saving skills", and I was talking with my sister Kelsie the other day when she said she was attending a class this weekend, so I decided to drive up and go with her.  I figured now was as good a time as any, especially with a little one on the way.  So I now have that checked off my future to do list too!

Today my amazing sister-in-laws and mother-in-law threw such a fun and special baby shower for me!  The shower was at my mother-in-laws (Grandma Z's house).  We had such a good turn out, I think there were around 35 people that showed up between aunts, nieces, cousins, sisters, moms and grandmas.  We had so much fun and we were truly blessed with so many amazing gifts and books!
